Are these official Trench Crusade models?
No. Mythax produces independent, third-party proxy miniatures that are compatible with Trench Crusade. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Factory Fortress or the Trench Crusade brand. We print officially licensed designs from independent creators such as Diceverse, Arcamundi, Funduk25, KzKminis, Ashen Armies, Bullet Basilica and alex__tool.
What scale are the miniatures?
Our miniatures are 32mm and sit well alongside most 28-32mm heroic-scale ranges.
Are they painted or assembled?
They are supplied unpainted. Supports are removed and models are ready to paint. Multipart kits and full warbands may need minor assembly and occasionally a little light sanding.
What are they made from?
Miniatures are printed in high-quality, impact-resistant resin. Some terrain is printed in durable FDM. Everything is designed to survive the rigours of the tabletop.
Do they come with bases?
Yes. Every miniature includes the correct-size base. We also offer themed resin bases separately in the store.
How should I prepare resin miniatures for painting?
There's no cleaning needed. Every miniature arrives cleaned, cured and ready to paint straight out of the packaging. Simply prime it with a primer suitable for resin and you're ready to start painting.
How quickly will my order ship?
Most orders are printed and dispatched within three working days, as everything is made to order.
Do you ship internationally, and will I pay customs?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We use International DDP postage, which means duties and taxes are prepaid. There are no hidden fees or tariffs to pay on delivery.
What is your returns policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days. See our refund policy for full details.
Can you print something that isn't listed?
Yes. Visit our Custom Orders page, send a link to your STL files and a short brief, and we'll come back to you with a quote and a realistic timeline. We can only print files you have the rights to use, and all custom prints must respect the original creator's licence.
